Hi, I’m Mansi Goel - A Health & Wellness coach, mentor and lifelong learner, former corporate leader, and the heart behind The Health Elixirs. I have a passion for living well and helping others.
Born from my own journey through PCOS, thyroid dysfunction, and now perimenopause. I have walked the path of hormonal chaos, emotional exhaustion
and feeling disconnected from my own body. I have lived it, overcome it, and thrived. I understand how overwhelming
